Michelle Corbin brings a heart for children, families, and faith to her role as Director/Principal of Hope Christian Academy.

She has taught Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and elementary students, directed childcare and preschool centers, and spent five years at Portland Rescue Mission as Parent Coach and Manager of the Family Life Center. There, she helped mothers develop parenting skills and supported children as they worked through trauma and rebuilt trust with their mothers.

Michelle loves helping children discover who God created them to be. She also enjoys equipping parents with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges and helping families rediscover the joy of being together.

 

Married for 35 years, Michelle and her husband raised five children and are blessed with five grandchildren. She enjoys photography, knitting, and traveling.

 

Michelle is excited to serve the Hope community and share the love of Jesus with everyone she meets.
